Terms of Service

Who you are contracting with. Banxers (banxers.com) is operated by PT BESTARI BERDIKARI NUSANTARA, a limited liability company registered in Indonesia (“Banxers”, “we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service. Banxers runs public auctions where brands bid to sponsor a creator's profile picture and bio link for one month. A bid places an authorization hold on the bidder's payment method; being outbid releases the hold automatically and the bidder is never charged. Only the winning bid is captured, when the auction closes.

For brands. Winning buys one month of placement: your logo worked into the creator's real profile picture and your link in their bio, with sponsorship disclosure. If the creator fails to deliver within 5 days of the auction closing, you receive a full refund. Prohibited categories: gambling, adult content, tobacco and vaping, payday lending, and political campaigns.

Bonus clauses. Some creators list extra deliverables that activate when the winning bid clears a stated threshold. Activated clauses are part of the placement obligation, covered by the same escrow: the creator is paid only once the whole package - picture, bio link and activated clauses - is delivered. Clauses shown on the creator's page at the moment you bid are the ones that bind.

Creator vetting and content standards. Every creator is reviewed by hand before they are listed. Accounts trading in hateful content, adult content or scams are not accepted. For as long as a creator carries a sponsor's logo they also agree to content standards: no hateful content, no adult content, no gambling promotion, and no attacks on the sponsor whose logo they are wearing.

If a creator breaks those standards while carrying your logo. Email us and we will ask the creator to remove the post within 48 hours. If they remove it, the placement continues. If they do not, the placement ends there and you are refunded for the days remaining in the month, to your original payment method. Judgement on whether a post breaches the standards rests with Banxers, applied in good faith.

Banxers Pro. Creators can optionally upgrade to Banxers Pro - a one-time fee (or a partner voucher) that unlocks self-serve features such as bonus clauses and the top-content showcase. The upgrade is a completed digital purchase and is non-refundable; listing on Banxers remains free with or without it.

For creators. Listing is free. You keep creative control over how a sponsor's logo appears - it has to still look like you. When you win a sponsorship you must ship the placement within 5 days, keep it live for the full month with #ad disclosure, and follow the content standards above for as long as you carry the logo. You are paid the winning bid minus a 20% platform fee (minimum $5) once the placement month completes: the sponsor's money stays in escrow for the full month, which is what makes their exit right real. If a placement ends early under the content standards, you are paid for the days it was actually live. Numbers on your card come from public data or verified sources - inflated or fraudulent accounts are removed.

Honesty. Deliberately fake accounts, fake bids, or misrepresented audiences get removed and forfeit pending payouts.

Liability. The service is provided as-is. Banxers acts as the auction operator and escrow between brands and creators. Creators are independent and decide what they publish; we do not pre-approve their posts and we are not liable for them. Our responsibility is limited to the vetting, content standards and refund remedy set out above.

Prices, currency and payment. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on each creator's page before you bid. Placing a bid authorises a hold on your card; you are charged only if you win the auction. Payment is processed by our payment provider - Banxers never stores your card details.

Refunds and cancellations. If you are outbid, the hold on your card is released automatically and you are never charged. If you win but the creator does not publish the placement within 5 days of the auction closing, you receive a full refund to the original payment method. If a placement ends early because a creator broke the content standards and did not remove the post within 48 hours, you are refunded for the days remaining in the month. Refunds are issued within 14 days of approval. To request a refund, email us at the address above with your bid reference.
