Privacy Policy

Who we are. Banxers (banxers.com) is a sponsorship marketplace where brands bid to sponsor a creator's profile picture and bio. The service is operated by PT BESTARI BERDIKARI NUSANTARA, a limited liability company registered in Indonesia, which is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect from creators. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and Google account ID - nothing else, and never your password. During onboarding you give us your social handle, niche, a selfie and an analytics screenshot. We also fetch publicly available statistics for the handle you provide (such as follower counts).

What we collect from brands. Brand name, website, contact email and bid details. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store card numbers.

How we use it. To build and display your creator card, verify your audience numbers, generate your jersey portrait from your selfie, run auctions, process payments and payouts, and contact you about your account. Analytics screenshots are private and used only for verification - they are never shown publicly.

AI processing. Your selfie is processed by an AI image service (OpenAI) once, to generate your jersey portrait. You approve the result before your card goes live.

Storage. Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Session cookies are strictly functional (keeping you signed in); we set no advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing. We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the processors named above (Google sign-in, PayPal payments, Cloudflare hosting, OpenAI image generation, public-data providers) as needed to run the service.

Removal. Email us to delete your account and all associated data at any time: hanif@aiforproductivity.id.
