Data Deletion

Last updated: August 29, 2026

Banxers is operated by PT BESTARI BERDIKARI NUSANTARA, a limited liability company registered in Indonesia. You can ask us to delete your Banxers account and everything associated with it at any time. You do not need a reason, and there is no charge.

How to request deletion

Email hanif@aiforproductivity.id from the email address on your Banxers account, with the subject line “Delete my data”. Include your social handle (for example @yourusername) so we can find your card.

If you signed in with Google or Facebook, send the request from that same email address - that is how we confirm the account is yours.

We confirm within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of your request.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record (name, email address and Google account ID).
  • Your creator card: display name, social handle, platform, niche, country, follower and view counts.
  • Your uploaded selfie and the jersey portrait generated from it.
  • Your analytics screenshot (stored privately, used only to verify your view counts).
  • Your bid history and any brand details you submitted.

What we may keep, and why

If money moved through the platform, we keep the minimum transaction record required by tax and accounting law (amount, date and invoice reference). These records contain no social media data, no images and no analytics. Payment records held by PayPal are subject to PayPal's own retention policy.

If a sponsorship is currently live, we will complete or cancel it before deleting your card, so the paying brand is not left without the placement they bought. We will tell you which applies when you write to us.

Revoking app access

You can disconnect Banxers from your social account at any time in that platform's own settings (for Facebook and Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites). Revoking access stops any further data collection immediately, but it does not delete data we already hold - email us as described above to have it removed.
